I believe everyone who wants support should have support. If this amount is out of your price range, please connect with me. I will offer a sliding scale and/or a payment plan.

We will meet 2 times for approximately 2 hours long during which we will discuss things like the labour process, your birth preferences, your feelings on pain medication and the pros and cons of medication and other interventions. We'll talk about the ideal birth environment and ideal labour and birthing positions. We'll discuss your partner's comfort level of involvement during the birth and the type of support they may require from me (things like education on how to best support you, prompting, reassurance, or relief to grab a bite to eat, etc) We'll discuss comfort measures and practice a few. I will offer guided relaxations and fear releases during our visits if that resonates with you. We will talk about postpartum care for you and baby care and feeding, as well as any other topics or questions you may have. 

I am on call for you 24/7 starting at 38 weeks until you give birth.

I will remain with you through labour and birth providing constant support through hands on comfort measures, advocacy, reassurance, emotional and informational support, and recommendations on labour and birthing positions. I will stay with you after for approximately 2 hours to see to your comfort, help with initiating breastfeeding (if required) take pictures if wanted, get snacks, provide information etc.

I provide 2 postpartum visits approximately 2 hours each during which I'll offer support with feeding, soothing, your postpartum recovery, answer any questions, and debrief your birth with you.

From the time we begin to work together, I am here to support you. You can write or phone me at any time throughout your perinatal period.
